What are your opening hours?

I am freelance and flexible, let me know what times you can make it and I will try my best to accommodate you in one of my locations. 

Can I book online?

You can contact me in many ways to book or simply ask advice.
Simply click on any of the book now links and you can reach me by phone, WhatsApp or email.
You can also click on my social media pages and contact me there.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, just head over to our gift voucher page and you will find a link to our virtual gift voucher purchase. 
These vouchers can be sent immediately or on a timed date by email or you can print them at home to place in a card.  

How do I book an appointment or consultation ?

Simply drop me an email or click on the book now links to access either phone, email or WhatsApp.  

Consultations are completely free. 

Do I need a skin test for colouring services ?

Yes. 
Any new colour service requires a patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. 
This is to check for any colour allergy and is an insurance requirement. 

Allergies can occur at any time, even when you have been colouring your hair for years. 

What colour range do you use ?

Alfaparf Milano. 

What age do you offer colouring services from?

16 and over. 
It is not recommended to colour hair under the age of 16 and insurance requirements strictly forbid the use of hair colorants under this age. 

Do you offer children’s cuts ?

Yes absolutely. 

Do you offer hair treatments?
Yes, we offer a variety of hair treatments to nourish and repair your hair.
